Tbh, I never found the size of limbs to be a problem for Smash, I mean...we have things like this too since Day 1: Even in the Mario platformers he's playable in, Toad is grossly oversized to match with the other playable human characters. Toad's definitely got enough mushrooms to go around...

Hopefully one day this will be a reality! With Sakurai's announcement for more DLC characters, Toad's chances might still be up there. As for Mario Kart Tour, it does take a while to get used to the manual drift, but managed to pull Toad as the starter character so I'm quite pleased! Those ads...

Personally, I'd love to see Tails be playable. However, I do think 1-3 Sonic characters would be nice to have. Tails, Eggman, and Knuckles would likely get my support in terms of choices.

Overall, Toad is best known for his supporting role. He and his companion Toads are among the few friendly faces you can expect to see to assist you in your journey to rescue Peach in games that are consistently filled to the brim with Bowser and his baddies. However, I feel this is underplayed...
