    Some ups and some down. Parents are getting divorced. Lost my virginity. My older best friend went to college. I did amazing on my SAT ACT. Family is broke. Got a job to make up for it. Overall I experienced a lot.

    Totally destroyed my goals for this year. Im blasted through the 160 I aimed for and Im now a 172 with a pretty flat stomach. Gaining over thirty pounds in one year feels like a mother****er

    In his case, GOMAD isnt pushing it at all. At 5' 6" 110 lb he needs to be eating signifigantly more food.

    Definition=diet. Dumbells dont make your chest more "defined" than barbells do. They both just add mass which looks like crap if you are still a fatty. Barbells just do it faster.

    AWW YEAH EE BULKIN THAT BULK LIKE YEAH! Protein powder is pretty much my life. I drink at least two of these babies a day.

    Im not saying all your muscle is going to dissapear. Just that, for the day that you drank, you wont progress much off your work.

    Alcohol stops protein synthesis. Cant bring brotein to muscles and thusly they cant repair.
