I think Tetra would be her own slot, and is more likely than Toon Zelda. To be honest, I don't foresee either of them making them in.

I'd love to see this character, but I don't think it's happening. An echo for Toon Link wouldn't really be fitting, and I think there are other Zelda characters who'd be more likely to take a newcomer spot.

I think Zelda's redesign actually makes this slightly more likely. And since there are now three(!) Links, I don't think Ganondorf's Beast Ganon final smash deconfirms anything in regards to a classic pig ganon making an appearance.
