imo, ICs are currently 11th. They do hold up well vs several high tiers (such as Sheik and Falco) but they have too many unwinnable matchups. Other characters such as Pikachu and Yoshi have a much more doable spread, even if they are slightly disadvantaged in more matchups...

The payouts here are totally wrong. Singles is top-8 and doubles is top-3 for 64. Melee and Wii U singles have top-16 payouts though.

What schedule are you looking at? I've done literally nothing with commentators. That's a collaboration between the head game TOs and Wife.
