    Villager's Punish Game

Axe OOS is insanely good as a punish move. It kills and deals great damage, all while being very quick.

    Best moves of each type

I'd still argue it's one of the best. Looking at the frame data, it has similar killing potential, autocancelling frames, and startup compared to others on the list. In addition, its late hitbox (which has tons of range) is an extremely powerful gimping, zoning, and damage-racking tool.

    Best moves of each type

Wait why is Villager's f-air up there but not b-air? It's literally better in every way.

What made you want to play Villager?

What me want to play Villager? Villager made me want to play Smash! I'm basically only playing Sm4sh right now because Villager's inclusion inspired me to try the series out.

How can I become more aggressive?

You should work on approaching more with Villager. Stray approaches mix up from your normal zoning game and (usually) take the opponent by surprise. SH D-air is a largely disjointed approach move that starts a lot of combos (to f-tilt, jabs, or other followups if you read their options), and is...

    1.1.3 Patch Notes Discussion

Yeah, it removes a lot of fun gimmicks Villager had :( Ultimately, it's for the best they implemented it, though.

PSI Magnet also seems to be nerfed, though I don't have numbers to base it on, but I assume a PK Freeze used to heal more than 14%.

    1.1.3 Patch Notes Discussion

It's definitely a good thing balance-wise, just a little disappointed since I had a really good gimmick going with my teammate centered around my pocket. Although once the salt dissipates, I'll definitely be happy with the change. Overall removes a lot of the jank from the doubles scene.

    1.1.3 Patch Notes Discussion

Turns out Villager was nerfed. G&W too (I think.) If a Villager pockets their teammates projectile, it now does half the damage/knockback than before, rather than double. That literally puts Villager from SSS tier in doubles to probably mid-tier. I did a preliminary test with G&W, and his...

VGD: Dr. Shrunk Says be Happy!!

I know this is really, really late, but have you been added yet? The Villager Skype group is quite active but I don't know if anyone checks the thread you posted on anymore. If not, I can easily add you :)
