The most important utility you have over Ganondorf is your projectiles. Sure, you can camp him out to make him frustrated and start committing to mistakes, but mainly you want to use those projectiles to create openings, extend strings, and safely edgeguard.

Take it easy, fellas. To put it briefly, Ganon is pretty bad but has areas of potential. People often put too much value in this potential or misinterpret it as equal to or greater than the potential of other characters.
