She's not broken, these moves just don't cause high enough knockback for you to be able to DI them, most if not all characters have moves with these properties. Sakurai isn't just turning on the "No DI" switch like some people are saying.

Straight From Kurogane in the 4BR tier list thread. I believe this means that Bayonetta's combos are universal, but it also means that escape SDI/DI is universal.

It's pretty comprehensive, but a shame they only mentioned SDI in passing and not all of the options for it. Overall, a fantastic video in general, but especially for this thread.

Small nitpick,You can sdi towards or away from witch twist, with torwards dropping you behind her and away knocking you farther away making follow ups more difficult. I'd definitely say towards is better, but also harder to pull off.
