Just bought the retrolink GameCube controller to play dolphin net play and get some extra practice in. I installed the drivers but dolphin doesn't recognize the game pad. Anyone have any help or opinions?

If he is interested in the game as well, practice together. CPU cannot emulate a human and it'll become cake walk to 0 to death a CPU. If you guys can bounce off each other and train together, you'll start seeing yourself land combos against new opponents. Then it all explodes.

I've tried clawing but I'm just not used to it. I'm sure it just takes practice, like anything else. I know gravy claws, so you could ask him for some tips.

Hey Jace, I'm moving to SoCal around late June to early July. Unfortunately I have a roommate squared away but since I'll also be new to the LA area hit me up. You could chill at our place and play smash whenever. We'll have every smash: 64, melee, brawl, and PM. Oh and we're 420 friendly so...

I practice movement on Dreamland too, solely for the wind. It's just nice to get used to.
