Yakuza is an underrated pick for Smash, given how popular the series is in Japan (and increasingly overseas) as well as how interested Sega appears in promoting it. If they're planning a Switch Yakuza spin-off like they did with Persona 5 Strikers, it seems extremely likely to me.

An unfortunate side-effect of the current third-party additions is that the bar has been raised "too high". Some people consider anything less than Crash Bandicoot or Master Chief a disappointment now, and that's pretty ungrateful.

I think it's weird that the base game ended up with so few Echo Fighters after Sakurai went through the trouble of rebranding clones as such. People seemed to react positively to it. I would love to see Impa as an Echo Fighter for Sheik.
