To install these mods, you gotta put an iso into Crazy Hand and then import the character data files into the program. Then you're good to go.

I generally use the 20xx training pack as a base when I create a melee mod, so that could be where the problem lies.

Same thing happens to me, so I usually just don't use it in my mods. I'm pretty sure it is a clean ISO. Not really sure what that means, though.
