I actually like the idea of dashing OoS. It'd be a quicker option than wave dashing OoS and probably able to punish harder on shield pressure. At the same time you could be punished just as hard considering that your opponent could be expecting you to dash OoS. The amount of options this creates...

For Mario, I have no problem with Toad, but toad has been a generic character in the Mario universe for a while. They even have different color versions for him in the series. Toad is basic town folk like plantas from Super Mario Sunshine. Toadsworth is like the only toad I know that escapes...
