Chrom in terms of recovery perhaps, but he is an odd case. His recovery is awful but you don't really want to challenge it unless you're willing to commit to risking going down with him. He is built purely for combat and does excel in that.

Because samus as a swirling nair, projectile forward air, projectile up air, explosive dash attack, a reflector, and a recovery that shoots a projectile under you, right?

They are a fighter just like anyone else. All the disrespect towards these characters is honestly saddening. May I remind you the customization levels of these characters is crazy. The outfits you can choose in case you get bored of one. Sword Fighter's kill confirm that's really easy to set up...
