  • You need to open up your controllers and clean them, that's why they seem to randomly release buttons.

    Failing that, your Wii itself is damaged. This actually happened to one of my local TO's Wiis, when it got knocked off a table during WFs at a tournament. There's nothing that can really be done if your Wii is damaged.

    Answer to your question: Go to "Edit Options" under User CP.
    Find this section:
    Default Thread Subscription Mode
    When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
    Set "Default Thread Subscription Mode:" to "Do not subscribe"
