    Confused by Crazy Hand

    I wanna get into modding, but I just can't seem to understand a lot of the stuff. I wanna add a hitbox to Luigi's Dash Attack, I wanna make G&W be able to L-Cancel all his aerials, you know.. that sorta stuff. But I just can't find any tutorials to use Crazy Hand. Any help?
