So yeah, I have no idea where pikachu belongs on the tier list. I think that people over rate him based on "potential". Potential that we're not even sure is there. It just feels too early to be discussing it tbh.

Grabs, juggle, DI dthrow properly (followed by you jumping - try not to airdodge), throw out random qa's over his grounded banana sometimes (he thinks he's safe, heh heh) Get him off stage if you can. Try to force him to recover low and run off bair/fair/nair w/e. I don't recommend thunder...

With D3 you just stay below him and juggle. Be careful with your fairs because he can bair 'em if he reads them. Don't roll too much. I know nothing about the Sheik MU :c
