    LMAO NO. Luigi has an okay low% chain grab on spacies, but otherwise you wont really be getting much in the way of follow-ups off grabs if they're DIing correctly. D-throw and F-throw are for setting up tech chases, and you can get U-throw F-air/D-air at kill percent on bad DI, but thats it lol...

    Eh. IC's suffer most of, if not all, of the same weaknesses Luigi does. Reliance on laggy movement, poor aerial drift, difficulty landing ect. ect.     Exactly. You definitely can escape from some of his kill setups, but you still get juggled to hell and back. I believe about half his tail disjointed, not 100% on that though.
