Pretty much any fighting games or sports games that can be played competitively, mostly Tekken and Madden. Though I've been less serious about playing Madden competitively, instead opting to build a perfect 1,000-0 lifetime win-loss record. I'm currently around 750 wins.

With it being football season, The League is very funny show to start watching on Netflix. It's rated TV-MA, so be careful. Also, there are plenty of ESPN 30 for 30 documentaries of Netflix that are worth a look.

Phillips is only suing for money. Asking for a ban is the most convincing thing they can do to trick Nintendo into a settlement. I don't believe that a full-on ban would realistically happen.
