    How to deal with players that don't move from the edge?

    Approach with a shieldgrab. You have to mask your approach by using your mixups though, don't just run straight at him/her. Play footsies for a bit before you approach.

    Braindead characters either have really flowchart like play that's difficult to counter (which doesn't really exist in this game anymore), or rewards that are incredibly skewed and easy. Bayos witch twist combos (IF your opponent isn't capable of getting out of them), and pre-nerf luigis...

    Dtilt - A quick kill move up close or a spacing move at a distance. Frame 9. Kills around 125-135% with the close hitbox. Its fairly safe on shield if spaced. As a kill move it's good at punishing things on shield that are at least -13 after shieldstun, espically fsmashes that are power shielded...

    I wouldn't mention that match with Vinnie in the same breath as MU spreads. Most Shieks don't run into trees 4 times in one set. I do still agree that shiek isn't a bad matchup though...

    Against good players most of my kills come from edge guards and covering ledge options. It's what villager is best at after all.

    There really isn't anything concrete but everyone seems to agree that Megaman, Rosa, and Cloud are really bad. Most of everything else is at least doable even if Villager loses by a bit.

    There really isn't much to say about it. Unless they are forced to recover lower than usual, chars with teleport recoveries will grab the ledge from above for free without the two frames if vulnarability. This actually works for any character that grabs the ledge from an upper angle, so it...

    Keep in mind that teleporters can bypass the 2 frame if they snap to the ledge from above. If they are playing correctly it's actually almost impossible to gimp them.

    Villager might turn out to be a good counterpick if you can sdi out of bayos combos. Otherwise she will murder you with her 40% strings. Honestly though it's just a boring as hell mu to watch/play =/ .

    Mix-up shouldn't even be an option. Every player with every character needs a strong mixup game to be successful. It's like if you put shielding or teching down as a playstyle. Grappler/spacing/wall with pkfire mixups and zairs depending on the matchup.
