    Anyone know if a chart for all char with their Cargo KO% exist? I poked around the other threads but wasn't able to find it. I know DKwill labs these percentages a lot, although i dont know if hes made it public knowledge somewhere.

    I'm still new to using customs but does the jumping side b head but still bury opponents based on their percentage? Or do they pop out so fast compared to standard head butt that it only seems like a fixed amount of time regardless of percentages?

    My understanding is that while yes it's not as good used on the ground as the normal up b it's aireal use is so good it trumps the overall usefulness of the normal one. You're invincible during the entire up b in the air, it can kill, and it has wind properties. Side note. I've been unlocking...
