Are jab-grab and jab-dsmash true combos on certain characters at different percentages? If so, which are the notable ones? I'm having trouble figuring out whether I'm trying it on wrong characters/percentages or if I'm too slow with the grab/dsmash.

Just to confirm, empty pivot is the same thing as a flicker pivot? I guess I was thinking of true pivot like for pivot fmash with the C-stick which would make tilts very difficult but with flicker pivot, you have a bigger window to throw out your move.

I've been practicing pivot forward smash and grabs but started thinking about other pivot options. Marth's uptilt is obviously a fantastic move for both comboing fast fallers and killing floaties off the top when tipped. I've seen people use wavedash uptilt to follow up combos and maybe wavedash...

Is it possible to add a new alternative costume easily? Not replace the existing costume files but add new ones to be toggled by L-button. For example add the Fierce Deity link as an alternative to white link, like how CAT is the alternative to neutral Marth. Is that a difficult mod?
