After many moons, I came back... to see the speculation threads were all closed! But, it does my heart good to see this topic here. Supporting Isaac in Smash since Brawl's announcement in 2005... and it shan't stop. Today feels like a Sakuraba-listening kind of day.

There are actually 3 battle themes in The Lost Age! It's a priority system, Felix > Isaac > Jenna. Felix is the default, but if he's out and Isaac is in, then you get the first game's battle theme. And if Jenna is in with neither Felix nor Isaac, you'll get her music instead.

Final Fantasy has been leaning HARD into Sci-Fi since 2009, so a shift back in the other direction excites me. Will it go exceptionally far towards medieval? Perhaps, but after XIII and XV, I would argue that would be warranted. And it's a reveal trailer, how many Final Fantasy games have played...

Adding voice acting would likely lead to some necessary cleaning up of the script, so count me in for that. I think Octopath Traveler would be a pretty decent goal to aim for. Voices for important cutscenes and battle dialogue, but text for overworld stuff. Mind Read would be a necessary...

The ARMS Character reveal and subsequent release is this month as per Sakurai, unless there is an unannounced delay. For this one especially, we have the possibility of seeing the first Assist Trophy DLC promotion, which could play a role in our outlook of getting Isaac playable in Smash...
