    Posting same response from other thread: First, start Brawl (through the Wii menu). Then hit start once you see the intro come on (so you're now on the main menu). The code should now be initializing. Wait about 15-30 seconds for the code to load. THEN go to Stage Builder.

    Hi there I'm trying to replace the Jigglypuff fairy costume in pm with another costume but for some reason when I replaced the texture, Jigglypuff still has the glitter effect on the back whenever she jumps or taunts from the left hand side... Can someone help me out here...
