Toon link received damage buffs which is good Bomb to fsmash does like 23%. Zair is better imo Alot to say , alot to research guys

Tink needs a buff on his bomb pull out data. I think its 17 frames now, but he will need a frame 10-12 at the very least with the speed of this game lol.

I really want a lagless zair above all other things. I think that could be the biggest buff. Ya toon link needs frame data buffs both on start up and ending for sure. Grab frame data, zair and nair/bair would be sweeeet.

From the last Nintendo Direct around 9 minutes in there is footage of Toon link. It appears his jab is slower, but with with a greater range. I hope I am wrong and that it is the same speed. Greater range would be a small buff but a needed one in this game. His f-smash comes out faster then his...

Vs sheik I usually look for up tilt as an anti air to fair. If you master it, you can beat fair. I always have a bomb in hand and play close to mid range. If you play from a distance she will needle camp you.
