Upthrow to upair to fastfalled nair can lead into a 50-50 dtilt or grab at low percents. Hella useful for racking extra %.

@Ffamran unfortunately, PA no longer has it's own state wide PR. West PA has its own PR, and East PA is stupidly lumped with NY/NJ for a Tristate rankings. However its next to impossible to be power ranked when youre being compared to one of the strongest regions in the world.
