All sugars on Earth have a right-handed chiralry(assuming you aren't using sugar-free Twix) and as Twix have a high sugar content this makes for an easy test. However, you have to be careful if you live south of the equator because of the Coriolis effect. Lift both Twix bars into the air, the higher the altitude the easier this will be to spot, and let them drop. The right Twix bar will rotate more clockwise than the left Twix bar. If in Australia, the left Twix bar will rotate widdershins in a more pronounced fashion than the right when falling.
