I've been playing since Red came out and I've only found one silver Tentacool in Silver (GB) Version. I like to leave it down to luck though. They're special no doubt, but I wouldn't be as impressed with any shinies if I spent days/weeks soft resetting for one. What are the odds again? 1 in...
