Look at NintendoVS's Twitter banner. That gaping red hole in the graphic just screams a Smash 4DX announcement at E3. Plus, they're bringing tons of well-known Smash players to E3, so what better timing to announce a Smash port than when top Smashers are present?

Is it really that hard to avoid getting Witch Timed? Just (power)shield, grab :4bayonetta:, and you're fine.

Personally, Bayo should be a few places lower (at least below Diddy); Cloud should be top of A-tier at best; and Yoshi and Bowser should be a little higher. All things considered, though, this is the best SSB4 tier list yet.
