I know I'm newish here, but Geno has been my favorite since I first played SMRPG back in the 90s. I can't say that I was asking for him in Melee since I didn't know about the game until it came out, but from the reveal of Brawl onwards, I've been hoping for Geno, and have had to see my friends...

Here's a quick coloring of the model so we can at least somewhat see what he'd look like.

It wasn't as common to see fake video leaks that were even halfway decent back then, so it was given a lot more credibility than it would have if it came out today.

Thank you! I found it so awesome that Banjo and Geno fans had a lot in common since my friend and I spent so many years hoping for both of our characters. Would love to have them both in the same game.

Here's a quick sketch I drew (note: not an artist obviously) after Banjo was announced. One of my friends is as big a fan of Banjo as I am Geno, so it was special to see Banjo be announced and have him finally get his character after we both thought we'd never see our guys make it.

Nintendo secretly buying the rights to Geno/other SMRPG assets would be a dream come true. But I'd happily take a sequel/remaster...really anything...
