I personally have always thought Greninja and Rosalina were evenly matched, but Dabuz putting it as even comes across as perplexing at least. Did he play any frogs lately that could have led to a change of opinion?

Greninja could be either even or have a small advantage over Mario, depends on who you talk to. He definitely doesn't lose though.

Greninja having +2 on G&W? That's new to me. Honestly the only characters I see Greninja having a big advantage over are Ganondorf, Dedede, Zelda, Luigi and maybe Puff.

In a roster with 58 characters, 20 is still about a third of the cast. Melee's top + high tier is also about a third of its cast so I don't see the problem here.

I'm cautiously optimistic regarding Greninja. I'm not too sure on him having top tier potential as he, at least for now, doesn't really have the consistency to be top tier, but he has been getting good results and with players like Stroder rising, the frog might be making a climb again...

Never. We're saying Greninja is high tier, not top tier. He's good, but not good enough to consistently place high in stacked tournaments due to bad MUs against the best characters.

Greninja saga isn't really much of a sign for Greninja because frog mains kept having to fight each other until there was only 1 left. Besides didn't Ryu get a similar performance in the saga that was for him?

Poor Stroder, got blocked by Link twice in a row, still had a really good run though.

Can't really give much input on Stroder vs Scizor because I wasn't watching, but I'm really impressed with how Stroder is doing, he sure is climbing up in terms of skill. Other people who were watching the stream can probably dissect that match better than I can, but I do believe Greninja...

I can't help but find it funny how Greninja loses to everyone in the top 6 but nobody else. It's both a good and terrible place to be in. Granted, that chart shouldn't be taken too seriously still but it's interesting data to see regardless.
