    if you already own all the champions one essence type and set of shards has no value. if you already own every skin you want to use, the other has no value either. the only useful thing i can get from the system is hextech annie and summoner icons. taric rework is super fabulous

    Mechanics similar to L-canceling in other games

    gonna go with A-moving in RTS and mobas. the idea is that you attack then quickly enter a movement command to cancel the backswing from your attack and allows you to move a little bit between attacks.

    15 minutes already sounds like an improvement over the current implementation of TB to me. i'm all for this change.
