ive started adding tilts to my gameplay. the main troubling I'm having is reverse up tilting and up tilting. my hands just move a little too suddenly and fast. any solutions or tips?

If you're in the situation that you need to camp, I'd suggest using the A button to throw out a series of Back Airs. If you're in the situation you need to space out forward air, use the c stick.

So let me make a scenario like there's only a few seconds left and you have a lower percentage than your opponent. If you catch them in a sing near the ledge and keep ledge dropping -> jump -> sing -> regrab ledge then keep repeating until the timer runs out you win. Is this legal?
