    The biggest thing I noticed is the lack of a co-modd. I won't belabor the point too much since you already have but I was reminded of the only game I've played that you hosted which similarly had an inconsistent mod. When you host again, I'd suggest finding a co-mod even before sign ups...

    For what it's worth, Void seems to think those value changes won't have a huge impact on Pichu's meta, or at least his Pichu play. I think you posted these in the wrong order.
