Put the high tier characters you are interested in playing into a hat then draw one, then just stick with it. Don't listen to people telling you to stick with mid to low tiers, you should only do that if you want to, playing a ****ty character won't make you better than people playing good...

I have to agree with Epsilon. If you want videos recorded, record them yourself, upload them, you are not entitled to the TO's equipment because you paid money to compete in a tournament. They are streaming / uploading matches for entertainment, not for the players improvement. I understand...
