I've changed some of the text in the guide to better reflect my current opinion of the character and I've also removed most mentions of things exclusive to custom sized miis. For the most part the guide has remained the same.

It's not very mainstream because SF lacks good OoS options outside of Hero's Spin. Hero's Spin is a bit of everything, but it's easy to gimp for some characters, in which case SSD is better. This makes even the best up B MU based.

Chakram has very poor priority when it comes to phisical attacks. It also doesn't do anything on shield. The main thing about it is that if you hit someone with it (preferably the tilt variation) you can link any move into it, so it's a great combo tool. It also edgeguards pretty nicely and sets...

I don't have any numbers to define the speed of tiny mii sword, but I do have gifs in the guide showing how fast he walks, runs and jumps.

One note I'd like to add, is that SoL does 10% at absolute max range. It's difficult to get unless you know the spacing. It was buffed once to that percent. How is the video going, by the way? I'd love to see it. Even though it was announced today that EVO will be running 1111...
