yeah i can do it pretty consistently. You have to press up on dpad shortly after pressing b. You might have to put your hands in an awkward position to do it though.

That is already possible. The first state of shine lasts 3 frames and the second part lasts the remaming 18 (i think).

Hm I'm trying to do this too, but can't figure this out. If its 4248 format then how would i get a magenta color? what values would we change? Thanks for any help. I don't think I'm getting this 100%.
