    I believe the highest I've gotten fair was 70. If you catch them DIing in, then up-air works a tiny bit later. Oh, and I'm talking about d-throw > kick/up-air, not d-throw > nair > kick. That only works at extremely early percents.

    UPDATE: Patch 7.0 enabled jab, tilts, smashes, AND GRAB to activate Phantom early. They were usable on frame 67 before this, but they did NOT activate Phantom. This doesn't necessarily buff this technique any, but it is notable that they changed this tech without outright removing it.

    I didn't bother to look at side-smash, mainly because I misunderstood the patch notes. I thought they meant that its range was increased, when in actuality its KB was. Three additional frames until you are able to do anything after plucking one. It's not the end of the world, honestly.
