make a codes folder on the root of your sd card and put that file in there. then load it through gecko and it should work.

that codeset has lots of other stuff like custom character select screen (changes the boxes on the character select screen) and default settings modifiers (sets it to 3 stock, 8 minutes and team attack on for you so you dont have to do anything)

if you want just the thing to get the textures let me know and I'll tell you how to do that
