If you watch Dabuz' tier list uploaded yesterday, you'll see that Dabuz explains that Leo really doesn't use Marth anymore. Dabuz ranked Marcina in B+ tier, and is considering dropping them lower, because Marth is getting barely no recognition in the current meta, and Lucina is getting none.

Make sure you have a correct button layout. If you have a bad control setup, you can't perform well. Also, you say you are a garbage Marth. Do you know any Marth's that aren't garbage? I mean, Marth isn't doing anything at all in the current meta. No Marth main is winning anything...

The only characters I feel that I can't beat vs skilled opponents are Diddy, Sheik, and probably Sonic and Bayo. But there are other matchups that are just about as bad, like Greninja. It's just infinitely frustrating to not be able to go even vs a specific set of characters.
