I don't really get the distaste a lot of people seem to have towards the soundtrack. The only song I ever actually hear people complain about is the NLA night theme. UH UH YEH

Myself and others have complained a bit about XC2 on here but I haven't really noticed anyone like attacking anyone. I don't think expressing your opinion on a game is really toxic.

Fair, Though I would argue that even Xenoblade X and Xenoblade 1&2 have vastly different design choices. Xenoblade X is very much an openworld game with an emphasis on large interwoven side characters where Xenoblade 1&2 have much more contained designs. I'd honestly hardly even call them...

They were still made by Monolith, have similar gameplay, and have the Xeno- naming convention. Is Bayonetta not a Bayonetta game because Nintendo didn't publish it?

Three games? Uhhh, Xenogears and Xenosaga??? If you're not gonna count those then I wouldn't consider XCX as a part of the "Xenoblade Series either" since their gameplay and design are so different.

I think it was a stylistic choice to draw more attention to the brighter colors of the world at night. This concept particularly shines for me in sylvalum and noctilum but I'll agree oblivia and primordia could be a teensy bit more saturated. I wouldn't want a full art style shift to...

I'm pretty sure Nintendo didn't want Sakurai getting a lot of completely new third parties which is why the only third party newcomers are Simon and Richter since they already had to go to Konami for Snake. Mmmh, same... XC2 leaves a bad taste in my mouth but I understand why it's popular...

I'm honestly just scouting out the characters I think are most likely and trying to work with the facts/evidence and rn with what we know Elma has the best chance of any character to get in as dlc. Like hands down, most characters don't even have any evidence to support them but we have the...

I am so ready for Sakurai to pull the rug out from under everyone with three new FE reps, goomba, and a gen 8 pokemon fr tho if you honestly think Rex/Pyra have a better chance then Elma I'd advise you check yourself for the evidence is kind of stacked against you. It's currently 1:35 am and I...

The immediate thoughts for Xenoblade music in smash is probably the battle themes or area themes but I PROPOSE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHOSISxFWnY

Might be a bit of a weird place to drop this but uhhh... can you play torna without beating XC2's main story? I haven't looked into the dlc like at all outside of hearing how good it is but the main game is... not the most fun I've ever had, which I have posted about here before. Also something...

Alright let me clear the air a bit. Some people have pretty much hit the nail on the head but I feel it needs a tad bit more explaining. Basically yeah he was in one game from the 90s and never showed up again. That's exactly why we want him in. The same reason mother fans wanted lucas in brawl...

I mean I think most people in this thread are more XCX fans than XC2 fans. Personally I've only played XC1 XCX and XC2, out of which the only one I've beaten is XCX. A big thing though is that I should've had alarms going off in my head when I started playing XC2 and instead of being almost...

XC2 feels kind of like they sacrificed gameplay, story, and worldbuilding for waifus and gatcha.
