    How do I approach Marth?

Honestly for Marth I suggest studying Mango's Puff rather than Hungrybox's. Hungrybox beats Marths by reading movement and approaches, which he gets away with, I'm convinced, solely because he's amazing at the game. Mango, ironically, has a more reactive style that involves shielding hits and...

    HBox vs. Armada

Hbox managed to grab a ton of Armada's nair approaches. As far as I can tell he pretty much just had godlike microspacing and his constant wavedashes of various lengths made it hard for Armada to know how to space his nairs safely.

Potential Puff chain grab in dittos (maybe other light characters)

I guarantee you this is not worth looking into and should never be attempted as a serious strategy in competitive play

    Best Puff Main In California

I think I'd be willing to bet up to $50 he doesn't make top 32 at Genesis. I'd probably bet an equal amount that Dr. Z is better, but that's harder to measure.

    DTILT EDGEGUARDING

Nothing is a new, undiscovered thing. King advocated using d-tilt, though honestly puff has better options. Nair is better for catching side-b. If you're super confident they're going to up-b to the ledge, d-tilt might be okay, but you're usually better off holding ledge or throwing out a bair...

    Uses for pivots

I was thinking maybe use pivot f smash in some situations where people use wavedash back f smash. In general, it seems like it could be useful for punishing predictable vertical approaches like falco dairs and sheik running off platforms and fairing. I figured it was probably pretty good and I...

    Uses for pivots

For no particular reason, I've been getting very consistent at pivots recently and I'd like to know what I could do with them in-game. I'm sure pivot grab has situational utility, but it's hard for me to imagine when I would use it. If anyone has any suggestions or links to parts of videos where...

Why does no one use invincible ledgedash grab?

Pretty much just the title. I don't have 20XX right now, so I can't really experiment with this, so maybe it's way harder than I think or something. Or maybe it's just that invincible fair is much easier and also good. Regardless, I'd like to know whether there's a reason I shouldn't practice it...

    Ganon matchup trouble

Hungrybox said somewhere something really simple that helped me a lot with this matchup: "he has to come down some time." You can't challenge ganon in the air, his aerials have decent range and hit too hard. Wait for him to land and punish it hard. All he can do on the ground is jab. If he...

    Avoiding foxes grabs as puff??

I wouldn't say you should camp him exactly unless you have a lead because Fox is better at camping than Puff. Mixup your landings. Waveland sometimes, immediately shield sometimes, throw out very low bairs, throw out an f smash or an up smash if you can read his approaches, try edge cancelling...

Anyone driving to this through WA? I need a ride. Definitely willing to help pay for gas.

    Shield drop resting on platforms

Are there any good situations for shield drop rest when the opponent is on the platform you're dropping through? If Falcon stomps your shield, for example, can you shield drop rest it? Since shield dropping saves you a few frames as opposed to jumping, it could also work for things like resting...

    Rest trading with Upair?

Lol edgecancelled rest definitely isn't a thing. I think the rollout theory is the most convincing one so far. Maybe they were at a fest with lots of other setups, so they couldn't hear the rest sound, but assumed it happened. Something like that. Trading with rest is definitely impossible.
