Wow it’s been years since I’ve been here. So after seeing Armada’s video it seems the only thing keeping wavedash from being a viable tech is end lag reduction. Still, seem kind of pointless to have it with the dash cancel tech in place but we’ll see...

Shadow Ball startup is tricky but I agree that just using B is a great way to stop dashers and proper spacing.

Good techers can be punished after side B with a Shadow Ball if they tech away. So fas has worked for me 100% of the time. Also, side B is where your mixup game is tested since it doesnt chain into anything. Airdodging confuses opponents, and can be followed up with a Nair to land safely.

Done. Added, also pointing out that I think Mewtwo is great for Battlefield stage since the side B stumbles characters into platform for nice follow ups.
