honestly this has me thinking too. I know this is crazy but what if one of the other newcomers for Smash is released at E3, being a double announcement. it could be a final evolution for one of the starters in the new switch game. But it so happens to be the one Sakuari liked the most too...

Does anyone else think Link's recovery in this new Smash will be the paraglider from BOTW or at least add it to his abilities? I think it's too iconic and centered to the game to ignore for final smash idk what they would do, maybe a divine beast type link creature?

I have Marth next to Mario. I can’t tell who it is next to Samus. Before I thought it was Ike but it’s too small. Then I thought Platuena, but i’m not sure how tall she is considering Samus in the suit is very tall

I agree the Splatoon design is really catching on to me. At first I thought it was childish, but the more I see it the more cool it looks. It's just so different from what Nintendo normally does and it looks iconic and classic to me too

I'm happy to be back I took hiatus because of my school, but now Smash is back so am I. It was kind of dry, but now it's all back together again. It's great what new announcements can do :4kirby:

it has to be a new game because Bamco isn't mentioned at all, when they did most of the work for Smash 4. Definitely not a port since the dev isn't credited.
