Is there a list/doc anywhere out there that lists out all the toggle codes? Ideally for 20XX + Debug, but just 20XX would be awesome. Infographics like this are a touch outdated, and it would be nice to know the full list of functionality 20XX offers in its current version.

Nothing, as soon as you introduce balance changes, you're going to schism the melee community even more than netplay does. 'Melee HD' needs to be 1:1, no new stages, characters, any of that ****. If it does anything outside of upping the texture res and adding some antialiasing, **** will hit...

try DAT texture wizard. Do other texture hacks in 20xx work? Can you use that skin with another stage, perhaps? redownload the skin, if it wasn't archived it's entirely possible the download got botched at the end and you may just have a bad file.

has anyone done frame data on 3.61 yet? or is there a changelog with the d/l? I haven't downloaded it yet but I'd like to see the numbers.
