    Potential low % combos

Alright thanks for the info. I'll check out that thread.

    Potential low % combos

Final note, this was obviously done with cpus in training mode with no DI. It's possible DI completely screws these strings but they did seem fairly consistent across all the characters I tested. I welcome any further testing and corrections.

    Potential low % combos

So I tested some strings with WFT. I posted the results on twitter (no video unfortunately) so I'm just gonna copy/paste the tweets. Sorry if it seems a bit disjointed as a result. Strings were tested with staling enabled on various weights, most nair starts need to be with both hits. I tested...

Is it true that Dr. Mario can chaingrab spacies 0-death? How do I do this?

So, iirc, you should try to get the lower controller ports (port 3/4) because they allow you to act out of throws a frame or two faster. Doesn't sound like a lot, but it really is. Other than that, yeah uthrow CG until about 50-60% then dthrow until 90-100% to uthrow fair. Best way to practice...

    Need critique

Got a few more sets that I'd like to have critiqued. Unfortunately it doesn't look like they'll be put on youtube anytime soon, so the vods are the best bet. https://www.twitch.tv/calpolyesports/v/95447164 vs Marth (went Falco game one because I hate the Marth matchup as Doc)...

Is up-b cancel out of shield harder for anyone else?

For further clarification, whenever I try it OOS, I either get a reverse up-b, a shorthop or a fullhop.

Is up-b cancel out of shield harder for anyone else?

I can do up-b cancel fairly consistently out of dash, wavedash, shorthops, etc. But for some reason I can't seem to get it consistently out of shield. I'm gonna keep practicing it, but I just wanted to know if anyone had any others tips or advice? Is it a different timing for OOS? Thanks for any...

What input to use for SHBAWD

I generally use the A button for bair. Going all the way down to the c-stick throws off my wavedash after the bair. Still use Y to jump though.

Use of dtilt with doctor mario?

I try not to rely on dtilt too often, but it can be very good sometimes. I like to sometimes throw it out near the edge, since it sends at a pretty good angle for edge guards. Just don't use it too often, as its a pretty laggy move that's easy to punish if you whiff.

Yeah I don't practice movement as much as should. Thanks for the feedback!

    Need critique

Really any sort of critique will do. Whether it be spacing, punishes, habits I need to drop or pick up, etc. Any and all criticism welcome. I'll be posting more videos as I get them. vs Ganon: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MH2jepY85zw vs Marth: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=b9ZnHa-4qEE vs...

New to Doc, what should I practice?

(Sorry for the multiple responses lol) If you want a routine for solo practice, the most I could say is movement practice. Ledge dashes, platform movement, wavedash dsmash, fsmash, etc. SHFFL'd aerials, wavedash OOS. I would also practice a little bit against computers. (From what I understand...

New to Doc, what should I practice?

One more thing. Learn all of your recovery options. Pills to cover getting back, doc tornado (don't worry about getting it perfectly just yet), and cape. Obviously docs cape isn't as good as Mario's, but it does slightly stall you in the air so use it wisely. Learn to sweet spot. It take work to...

New to Doc, what should I practice?

^Agreed. Movement is probably the biggest thing when starting out. Also, start getting used to DI'ing most hits up. Recovering from below is a huge pain.
