    Unfortunately I can't check that for sure, but graphical effect changes are very insignificant anyway and don't affect the move itself, which seems unchanged otherwise. In fact as far as I can tell Falco is unchanged, but I heard rumors of his fair landing lag being reduced. Anyone wanna help...
