kage: it is more the power at that venue. we are already unscrewing lightbulbs and using 6 different circuits (running over 100ft for some of them) to keep everything powered for the day if we were to have everything in one spot at the same time (which we're not saying we won't do) we would do...

I have to say that tournament didn't leave a very good taste in my mouth either. There's lots of johns on our side but at the end of a day it was terrible that the tournament had to end at someone's place. We were not expecting the turnout that we got, because the previous Melee event we had...

LoL. Well, you guys were there when we tried to have melee. The attendance was really spotty. It's hard 'cause brawl is going like crazy in TO and Montreal, but nothing is going in Ottawa :( Anyways, I didn't want to advertise in this thread about a Brawl only tournament 'cause I didn't want...

Ya we are only doing brawl this time. We have had very erratic turnout for melee, so have decided to go with only Brawl this time.
