There is no point. If the PR doesn't bring regions together, then I don't see benefits.

I say drop this idea. Its way too late for a PR. The point for one is for other regions to come out and show where they stand. However, entering a tourny, we all know the PR list in our minds. Besides, RGV/Laredo cant show up to Houston stuff, just like Mid Texas will ever go South or West...
