DK and Bowser should be moved to the bottom of C tier. They can get totally **** on by many characters, especially when thye know the matchup. See Nairo's Bowser vs. Komorikiri in crews. It is SO easy for modders to get carried away with buffs. It can be a lot of fun designing and making them, that's what gives you the joy to make them but in my personal opinion (and I believe many others would agree) that I would LOVE to have a "balanced Melee" where lower tier characters are...

These are the matchups I end up using tilts the most. They have difficulty approaching due to their short range, so it is very easy to whack them away with an ftilt if they are approaching on the ground, or with bair if they are in the air. Pikachu is definitely a matchup worth talking about...
