I play a fairly competent Bowser in my region and it's mostly revolved around baiting out an up-b out of shield and spacing him out. I find that if you just go balls to the wall against Bowser you can easily get wrecked by armor. Also don't underestimate the blaster even though Bowser can armor...

I think Wolf is fine as is, and don't see a need for a buff or nerf in my opinion. His punish game is great, ground game is good enough, and he has an easy time against fast fallers and midweights. A nerf isn't necessary, and a buff would make me wonder what they could improve that's lacking...
