    Anyone else worried about Game Vice's new attempt to block Switch imports from Japan? They're trying again only this time, they are trying with the Patent's Office and want the imports blocked while they are trying. Sorry if this is off topic, but it's important.

    I'm not worried. As you briefly touched, they've tried numerous times to sue Nintendo and ban sales of the Switch, and every time, they've lost the case. After their second attempt at a lawsuit, they've just seemed really desperate for money and attention. I wish Gamevice would stop as they never seem to learn, but that also means they'll still lose every case so I'm not that bothered.
